We never fully understood this quote until my son got sick enough for us to notice, and we had some pretty big blinders on. This blog is a place of confession… a place where we can share our frustration, our disappointments, but mostly our success and transformation as we reconnect with food and the health it can bring us. With a little patience, a lot of research and even more love these recipes have healed our son and brought health to our family.

” The food you eat can be the safest, most powerful form of medicine, or the slowest form of poison”

Thanks for your blog post! Please, how did you get rid of the Dientamoeba fragilis?

    • Sorry for the late response and thank you for your comment! Honestly it was a very long road to getting ride of it. Patience will be your friend. I will try and write up a post but briefly what helped was treating for pi worms first then the dientomeba. My son got the Mebendazole then paromomysin. After doing tons of reading and reserach and speaking to a disease specialist this is one of the only antiparastics that are super affective. This treatment was very affective because we killed any possible pinworm eggs, which the dientomeba use as a host!! When we tried treating without also treating for pinworms it was ineffective!
