Gather your ingredients and take out your high-speed blender.
Add your milk of choice to your blender first. Then add in the maple syrup, peanut butter, cocoa powder, and the frozen banana and mango pieces. This ensures they blend evenly throughout*.
½ cup Frozen Mangoes, 1 cup Non-Dairy Milk, 1 ½ tablespoon Cocoa Powder, 2 tablespoon Peanut Butter, ½ teaspoon Maple Syrup, 1 Frozen Banana
Secure the lid and blend on high speed for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately for the best flavor and texture.
Notes
* If you're not using frozen banans, you may want to add in a ½ cup of ice cubes for extra thickness.Substitutions:
Banana: Swap for avocado (add extra maple syrup for sweetness).
Peanut Butter: Sub almond butter or cashew butter.
Maple Syrup: Honey or agave work too.
Storage: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Shake or blend again before drinking. Freeze in smoothie packs: add all ingredients (except milk) to a bag and freeze. Blend with milk when ready.
