Cooking for me has always been my way of nourishing my family. And while food can’t ‘cure’ or ‘protect’ us from catching COVID-19 it certain can keep us strong and healthy. I encourage you to take this opportunity to cook real food. To focus on whole plant-based foods like legumes, whole grains and vegetables. Cooking can be such a rewarding experience, a creative outlet and a fun way to teach or connect with our kids.
