The photographer, writer, and recipe developer behind AtMyTable!
Born in Brazil and now in Toronto, I'm a coffee-loving mom of 3, with a Ph.D. in Neuroscience and a lifelong love for home cooking. Growing up in Brazil, I was raised on fresh, comforting staples like pão de queijo and rice and beans—dishes that still bring me back to my roots every time I make them.
AtMyTable was born from a desire to share allergy-friendly, brain-boosting recipes inspired by my Brazilian heritage and family. After watching my child struggle with food allergies and navigating my own IBS and Celiac journey, I’m here to help you create safe, wholesome meals that everyone can enjoy at my table!
